  • Allows for more flexibility in your schedule/day-to-day routine

  • Ability to workout with me anywhere in the world

  • Ability to workout from the comfort of your home, local gym or community/complex gym

  • Learn more from visual approach on proper form & exercise correction (help coaching you through it)

  • 30 or 60 minutes dedicated to your exercise needs

Customized Programs/Online Training

  • 1-on-1 personal training

  • Customized plan based on your specific fitness needs and goals

  • For those that don’t really need an in person or virtual session, but rather just a structured plan to follow

  • Allows for greater flexibility in your day, being you don’t have a specific time scheduled for your session (do it whenever you’re free)

  • Ability to workout with me anywhere in the world

  • Ability to workout from the comfort of your home, local gym or community gym

  • 2 packages available for different needs (“Starter” or “Elite”). Both come with 4, 8, or 12 week options. The Starter package helps & aids in healthier eating habits while the elite package includes a customized meal plan.

  • Weekly or bi-weekly check-ins

  • All necessary adjustments made at the end of each week and sent out by Sunday to start the following week fresh

  • For those that just need a change up to their daily routine or workouts

  • For those that don’t need any sort of guidance as far as check-ins, form or exercise correction, etc. (you already know what to do)

  • For those that don’t need someone to hold them accountable and just need a new program to follow

  • The programs are not customized to any one specific person, but rather a general exercise routine for you to follow that will be released in variations of 4, 8 or 12 week options

  • A fun way to switch up your workouts and stay active while seeing results
