For those that don’t really need an in person or virtual session, but rather just a structured plan to follow
Allows for greater flexibility in your day, being you don’t have a specific time scheduled for your session (do it whenever you’re free)
Ability to workout with me anywhere in the world
Ability to workout from the comfort of your home, local gym or community gym
2 packages available for different needs (“Starter” or “Elite”). Both come with 4, 8, or 12 week options. The Starter package helps & aids in healthier eating habits while the elite package includes a customized meal plan.
Weekly or bi-weekly check-ins
All necessary adjustments made at the end of each week and sent out by Sunday to start the following week fresh

For those that just need a change up to their daily routine or workouts
For those that don’t need any sort of guidance as far as check-ins, form or exercise correction, etc. (you already know what to do)
For those that don’t need someone to hold them accountable and just need a new program to follow
The programs are not customized to any one specific person, but rather a general exercise routine for you to follow that will be released in variations of 4, 8 or 12 week options
